Cancellation Policy


Eligibility and Time Frame


Clients may request cancellation of any content editing service (including plagiarism/AI check reports, plagiarism removal, AI removal, manuscript editing, thesis editing, proofreading, certificates, graphics and illustrations, and reference management) within 24 hours of payment, provided that work on the requested service has not yet commenced. For services where work has already started but is not yet completed, cancellation requests will be considered, but only partial refunds may be available, as detailed below.


Process for Cancellation


To initiate a cancellation, clients must contact our team via the official communication channel (email or dashboard) and provide the order details along with the reason for cancellation. Cancellations will be processed only after written confirmation is received from the client’s registered email address.


Non-Cancellable Services


  • If the service has been fully or substantially completed, or if the deliverables have already been provided, cancellations will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
  • Services availed under promotional discounts, festival offers, or limited-time campaigns are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • For services with a delivery timeframe of less than 24 hours, cancellations will not be entertained once the order is confirmed.


Refund Policy


General Terms


Refunds are governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, which require clear, fair, and timely refund processes for online services in India. Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:


  • If cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment and work has not commenced, a full or partial refund (up to 50%) may be issued depending on the service and the extent of work done.
  • If work has commenced but is not yet completed, up to 50% of the total fee may be refunded, after deducting applicable taxes and charges already paid to government authorities or payment processors.


Refund Exclusions


  • Taxes, payment gateway charges, and other statutory fees paid to regulatory bodies are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Customized or client-approved services that have commenced are non-refundable.


Processing and Timeline


Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Clients will be notified via email once the refund is initiated.


Service Failure


If a demonstrable service failure occurs (e.g., technical issues, non-delivery, or gross negligence), clients may be eligible for a full or partial refund, provided the issue is reported within 30 days of service delivery. The company reserves the right to evaluate the complaint and may request supporting documentation before processing the refund.


Acceptance of Policy


By availing of our services and making payment, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms stated in this Cancellation and Refund Policy, in line with applicable Indian laws and regulations. These policies are subject to change and are intended to provide clarity and legal compliance for both the service provider and the client.
